01 Acceptance

By using primusmortgages.com (the “Site”) you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

02 Informational only — not a credit offer

The Site's content —including calculators, simulators, displayed rates and guides— is informational and educational. It does not constitute a credit offer, a commitment to lend, or financial, legal or tax advice. All loans are subject to a formal application, credit and income verification, appraisal and final lender approval.

03 Estimates and rates

Tool results are estimates based on the data you enter and general assumptions. Displayed rates are for reference, change without notice, and your actual rate will depend on your credit profile, income, property and market conditions at the time of lock.

04 Permitted use

You may use the Site for personal, legitimate purposes related to mortgage financing. You may not: interfere with the Site's operation, perform bulk scraping, submit false information with fraudulent intent, or use the content to build derivative products without authorization.

05 Intellectual property

The Primus Mortgage and PRIMUS names, logos, design and content are the property of their owners. No license to them is granted by use of the Site.

06 Third-party services

The Site links to or integrates third-party services (the LOS 1003 application, NMLS Consumer Access, property listings). We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or availability.

07 Limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Primus Mortgage and its advisors are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or decisions based on its estimates. Nothing in these terms limits rights granted to you by law that cannot be waived.

08 Communications

By submitting your details through a form, you authorize a Primus advisor to contact you by phone, text message or email about your inquiry. Standard carrier messaging rates may apply. You may withdraw consent at any time.

09 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

10 Changes

We may modify these terms at any time; the effective date reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance.
