01 Information we collect

• Contact details you provide — name, email, phone and the message or interest you submit through forms such as the contact form, calculator result unlocks, or property listing access.
• Tool usage data — the values you enter in calculators and simulators (price, down payment, income, etc.) are used to generate your estimate and, if you submit a form, may accompany your inquiry so an advisor has real context.
• Technical data — language preference and session states stored in your browser (localStorage), and standard analytics data (pages visited, device, source) if we use analytics tools such as Google Analytics.

02 How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry and connect you with a Primus Mortgage advisor.
• To prepare the estimates and financing options you requested.
• To operate, protect and improve the site and its tools.
• To comply with legal and regulatory obligations that apply to mortgage activity.

By submitting a form you agree that a Primus advisor may contact you by phone, text message or email about your inquiry. You may ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

03 Who we share it with

• Our team — your inquiry is routed to PRIMUS internal client-management systems for follow-up.
• Coast2Coast Mortgage — as a branch, formal loan applications are processed under the parent entity and its policies.
• Service providers — hosting and data infrastructure (e.g., Cloudflare), analytics and communications, only as needed to run the site.

We do not sell your personal information.

04 Cookies and local storage

We use browser local storage to remember your language and session states (for example, whether you already unlocked a result). Analytics tools may use cookies for usage metrics. You can clear cookies and local storage in your browser settings.

05 Security and retention

We apply reasonable security measures (encryption in transit, access controls) to protect your information. We keep contact data for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and meet mortgage-industry legal requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

06 Your rights

07 Minors

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

The site links to third-party services (for example, the Coast2Coast 1003 loan application or NMLS Consumer Access). Those pages are governed by their own privacy policies.
